Kefir Try our raw kefir for a power house of vitamins and minerals. Kefir has 3 times more probiotics than yogurt. It is very beneficial in helping with stomach/digestive issues. Take refrigerated Kefir grains from the jar and pour into colander. Drained kefir grains. Add 2 Tbsp of grains to a half gallon jar. Set on top of fridge or in a warm location. Let set for at least 24 hours until milk is thickened. Getting ready to drain the thickened kefir. Pour into colander. Stir until the kefir grains are left. At this point you can put the grains into another jar and make more kefir, or you can put them in milk and store in fridge until you are ready to make more kefir. You can just repeat this process to make more kefir. Enjoy.
