Home made raw milk Ice cream A delicious, easy and creamy recipe! We love our Immergood ice cream churn. Add 6 cups raw milk, 2 pints raw cream, 6 farm fresh eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 4 Tbls. vanilla and 1/4th tsp. salt to a blender. Blend til smooth. Pour into ice cream canister. Churn till desired texture. Finished. Boil 3/4 cup cocoa, 2 Tbls. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 cup maple syrup and 1 3/4 cups of water. Boil till thickened. Add 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 Tbls. Butter. Let cool and then pour over ice cream. Top with homemade chocolate sauce.
