Farmer's Cheese Today is a very simple cheese recipe that is delicious made with our raw creamy milk and can be used for different dishes by seasoning in different ways. Uses 4 ingredients. Add 1 Gallon of Raw milk to a pot. Bring the milk to 180 degrees. 1/2 cup vinegar Adding the Vinegar Slowly stir in vinegar until the curds separate from the whey. Then let set for 10 minutes. Drain through a colander. Transfer to a bowl and mix in 1 t. A salt and 2 T raw butter. At this point you can eat it fresh and warm. Or add seasonings- garlic powder, oregano and basil.
